Meet Jared:
Hey there! My name is Jared Chontos. I’ve been playing drums for 20 years, and working as a drum educator since 2017. Growing up, I cut my teeth by drumming in church every Sunday, and taking private lessons every single week. In 2016, I graduated with a B.A. in Commercial Music from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Additionally, I was the 2X Nashville Store Guitar Center Drum-Off champ, and even advanced to the Quarter Finals in 2015 (top 30 in the nation).
I like to spend my free time hanging out with family and friends. My hobby outside of drums is lifting weights/exercising, and my favorite burger is In-N-Out!
